Sorry about the equipment substitution! In the past it may have been a downgrade to a regular A320 but with Ted in the mix...

Only thing positive I can say is that having a spare Ted aircraft is probably what avoided a flight cancellation. Zone controllers would much prefer to swap 3-cabin 777s for the same aircraft configuration before swapping to a 2-cabin 777 or another aircraft type.
