Bring it. Cop the medical if anyone asks, which I seriously doubt. TSA seems to have lost interest in much these days. Food examination for example, is all but non-existent. I've been bringing salad dressing and such, and never a question (no I don't put it in a baggie). I saw a woman the other day pouring from a full size bottle of hot sauce on a flight.
