I respectfully waited the requisit 30 days before I sent goldpoints a fax memo along with copy of the emails confirming the purchases. Two days later I sent a email to follow up. Two days after that, I receive an email from goldpoints advising me it'll take them about 6 weeks to take care of my complaint. To say that I am upset is an understatement. I didn't even buy thousands of dollars worth of stuff -- just a few measly hundred. You'd think it wouldn't be hard to take care of my account.
