It's been a while since I've arrived at LGWN, and I've just experienced this shambles arriving this afternoon from DUB. So, what exactly is the advantange of club on this route then?! No newspapers, downgraded food, and worst worst worst of all... bussed from somewhere very far away to somewhere nearer (but still a labyrinthine trek away from) arrivals. Disembark from the back of the plane, so the first bus is full by the time the club passengers deplane, and then of course we have to wait for the unaccompanied minor and the elderly blind man to be escorted off the flight before the second bus can leave

Being 2pm, all the transatlantics had gone, so the main terminal had a superfluity of empty gates - I don't understand why we didn't just park there?

For the record, connections was closed and there was nobody around to direct anyone unfortunate enough to be making a connection. The design of LGWN is frankly shameful...
