How to tell if your flight is overbooked / Bump / Op-up opportunities etc

Hello all,

I'm traveling SFO-LHR on UA954 on Monday evening, my first flight as a 1P .

As a relative newbie to the FF game, I'm wondering if you can give me any pointers as to how you judge if your flight is massively oversold or not. I've checked seatcounter and 954 looks pretty jammed. Zeroed out in Y, C2D2F5.

I'm not looking for a VDB op here as I really have to be there, but for reference is there any way to estimate exactly how oversold the flight is in Y?

Cheers
