Something else to do is go to www.staralliance.com, put in the destination & dates & it will show you ALL *Alliance flights & routings to get to your location. Then call UA & ask what about this what about this what about this, because technically they should show up but I find UA folk only check the first couple.

Last year I was going to VIE & I was stunned at how many ways there were to get there. Having the list in front of me & having them check the various routings made it easier & I got the flights I wanted.

Unlike the others I had problems w/ the ANA tool & doing the *Alliance thing worked for me.
