I think, as indicated above, that Jersey City never had a RC. I also think Boston and Wind Watch, which were not originally Hyatts, never had one, at least in their Hyatt days. On the other hand, Century City, which was not originally a Hyatt and I'm fairly certain never had one as a Westin, is building one.
