AMS is a freaking disaster. These ridiculous interrogations that peristed throughout the 1990s has made me avoid this airport, especially for a departing (to USA) gateway. The lounges also suck at AMS.
Professional my ...... What a waste of resources. They manage without this crap at FRA, CPH, LHR. And it predates 2001, so there is not even that lame excuse.
