Ok, I finally got my Nexus confirmation today - but I have a hard time understanding exactly what they're asking for here.... they are asking for:

This letter (ok)
Original of proof of citizenship (ok, I'm born canuk - so I'll take my passport)
Proof of Canadian permanent citizenship (ok - what the hell do they want here??)

so I'm confused as to what the hell they want for point #3.... ideas?


PS I have found. as others have, that the bloody nexus/canpass office voicemail is full - can I just go to the office next I'm @ pearson and ask for my card to be assign?
