Well it's not clear to me what you are referring to then. In my view, the OP cannot reasonably expect an upgrade Y -> C to SYD to clear on booking, a couple of weeks before the flight. As others have posted, there is still a good chance of the upgrade clearing in the next couple of weeks before the flight.
