I'm not 100% confident, but I believe that you will find that that extra 2-4' is to accommodate two double beds vs. a king. I don't think there is any added room in the "living area". The one exception to that is that the rooms behind the elevators are slightly larger in the living area, but the space utilization is odd and it doesn't have the full corner couch (even though there is more space). And you can hear the elevators even over the noise of the HVAC unit. Some people won't hear it or be bothered by it, but I was.
