This was odd...Logged in to CO.COM tonight and it complained my password/account login was invalid, even though I have autofill on for the entry boxes. I logged in again and it then worked, but it gave me a screen describing the OP account rules and a continue button. Selecting continue it showed my current account properly except it displayed that I have 0 OP miles, but Activity since my last statement properly displayed the 20k in miles I earned over the past 1.5 weeks.
I logged out and then back in then it was displaying the 500+k of miles I have and everything was back to normal.
Very Strange.
Had this happen again today. I am completely logged in but showing 0 miles as of
01/01/0001 which may have something to do with it.
It also says I am a non-elite....If it matters I had been searching the site for Travel Club information and had just read the T&C for it before heading to My Account.
Oddly the My Account page does show my mileage/status correctly. Looking on the right side of the screen the One Pass Activity says No Recent Activity, clicking on All Activity Since my Last Statement is where it then displays the 0 OP miles.
Edited to add: Clicking view last statement from the All Activity screen shows me activity from 1/29/2007-2/25/2007. It also will not allow me to see or select 3/2007s activity, its liek the system thinks its 2/25/2007.
