The Avis online follow-up surveys don't ask the questions I want to answer. Sometimes I have problem rentals (with bus wait times, car class snafus, fake fuel charges, etc.) and want to report them via the survey, but the questions are structured so a so-so experience ends up getting portrayed as an OK one. I wish there was an open text field for comments, because I'd write 'em up in Avis red.
