Quiznos quality is much higher, but then so are their prices. Potbelly has high quality but has managed to keep the price reasonable. It is still less than $4 everywhere I've seen it. However, I presume they keep prices down by keeping it simple, one size and several choices, instead of two or three sizes and countless choices. Subway is mediocre - their "meat" is of questionable quality - it is worse than just about any choice in your grocer's deli case.
