Has anybody had similar problems? Is there anyone that can update e-mail address with household account? Please let me know.
This was addressed here a while back (more than a year ago?) when Gold Points first started enforcing that rule.
The only way to change e-mail address on a household account is the hard way .... print out the form, indicate the change/s, sign it, and mail it in .... what a pain.
You might get them to change it if you call .... but they shouldn't and usually won't. Also, most likely, you won't get 500 points per quarter for an e-mail change on a household account.
Best thing is to split up your household account back into individual accounts .... another big pain as it must also be done the hard way.
I was too lazy to do that so I setup a new account for myself which I now use for getting points and we are spending all the points in our household account .... then, as soon as the household account is empty, we will cancel it.
Good luck!
