The breakfast offered in C before landing in the morning in Europe is always the fruit plate with Croissants and a little cheap plastic pack of jelly. A lousy breakfast IMO.

On day flights it's different. On UA929 LHR-ORD they serve breakfast (pancakes, omelet etc). I suspect the day flight IAD-LHR would have the same menu because it leaves so early and the first meal should be breakfast...
