Does anyone know if/how one can gain access to the lounges on arrival?
Normally I cleanup one-hop prior to my final destination, but recently I had to walk off a 10 hour stint and straight off to a meeting.

Even with a quick shave & change of clothes on the way, I'd have rather gotten a shower.
