It is total b*llocks as well. Couple of weeks ago, the J/F check in queues were truly awful, so I tried to use the bag drop lines next to them which were empty. Told not possible by BA jobsworth, so stood fuming in the queue, then 5 minutes later, same jobsworth starts pulling peope out of the queue and directing them to fbg lines.
25 minutes for F check in was not a good way to start the journey.
