What's the deal here? I cannot remember not being offered a choice of breakfast upon landing in Europe.
Yet I was told today by a couple of FAs on a IAD-CDG flight that they had never seen a hot breakfast in 20 years of flying UA.
I suspect it may be a market issue: LAX-LHR always offers the choice. Perhaps CDG never had it. Or perhaps it's a west coast/east cost thing. Does anyone know the rule here and the rational behind it?
Frankly a couple of grapes and a lousy croissant don't cut it.
