As the LAS club the agents never have any problems checking incoming or outgoing flight info. And, at times, when they can't "see" the outgoing/incoming info they will even call the gate and get the info from the agent there...
I wonder if they have a FIDS screen showing the inbond flight. That information is not shown in QIK FLIFO; Sabre would show the upline flight number. It should be noted that Sabre did not show it when US first used that system, it was added later. Maybe this same capability can be added to QIK. Someday.
