I fly BKK-NRT-BKK on UA a lot, ~ 12 times per year. I just flew 29 Mar and 3 Apr and can say that the service on this route is outstanding. There were both BKK and SIN based crew working my recent flights. (My flights were BKK-NRT-ORD-BOS-LAX-NRT-BKK.) I was addressed by name by every crew member who interacted with me. I had asked one FA if we would be getting a remote stand at BKK, and she immediately followed up with information from the flight deck indicating we would be docking at a fixed gate, and gave the gate number. The level of service (not the seat, amenitiy kit, F&B, entertainment systems) is equal to or better than SQ, TG, LH and NH IME.
