Unhappy Hyatt Santa Clara

that's a bummer to read... i'm travelling to SJC for the next few months and the Hyatt Santa Clara is the only full service hotel the client allows. I was looking forward to the Regency Club at this hotel, but reading that it is essentially not operated is no good...

I've stayed at Hyatt Santa Clara a bunch of times and its a joke because even on week days its regency club (which is on the first floor in an open area) is often closed. Then you have to go through a dialog with the front desk to get a free appetizer at the bar.
Cheers.
