Club agents no longer able to see incoming flight info?
I am in the PHL club now, waiting out a 90-minute (as of now) delay. (What else is new?) I asked the club agent if she knew what the cause of the delay was, and she said "a mechanical on the incoming flight." I asked her if she could check the status of the incoming flight, and she said "not anymore." I asked another agent, and received the same response. I wonder if this is a true limitation of QIK, or if it is just a result of lack of training.
By the way...it stopped raining about an hour and a half ago, but at least 3/4 of the flights are either delayed or cancelled.
