Just had a Samsonite trolley damaged in the latest trip (snapped handle). Reported it and promptly replaced but unfortunately I was given a different brand which I'd never heard before - forgot the name. It seems OK though.

Now, I do also have AMEX and travel insurance. Given that I've accepted BA's replacement I probably cannot claim on those though?!
