Yes, we're definitely talking F and C here. I tend to get up a lot anyway (why I always go for aisle seats regardless of class), so for me it isn't a big deal. If we were "doing their job for them" we'd make the drinks ourselves...hey, now that I think of it, I wouldn't mind a self-service open bar in F and C.
