I simply wished to thank you for resolving the recent problem with Apollo so quickly, by immediately releasing version 2.8.1.
By the way, you'll probably remember my message # 1180 (
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showp...ostcount=1180), where I reported a minor issue with Apollo; I could no longer read the flight duration of a specific segment by right-clicking on it.
Now, with version 2.8.1, the flight duration for every single segment is available again in Apollo!
Your customer support is excellent, and my appreciation is genuine and, above all, totally
UNBIASED. In fact, besides being a Platinum user of the Tool, I am also a Premium member of "another service" (I won't mention its name here, because I don't want to advertise anyone) and, on many occasions, I've found both products (yours and that of the other company) great and complementary to each other.
