Totally agree that SAS' China strategy is a disaster. I have in other posts stated that the move away from PVG - and replacing it with ARN-PEK is stupidity beyond imigination from Lars Lindgren's side - if not an expression of getting as many intercon routes closer to Frösundavik as possible. Having said that ARN is constitently incapable of communication. Anything from signs at the airport to press releases. Having dealt with similar issues in an earlier life - a key rule here is that in case multiple players are involved (in this case ARN and SAS) you dobblecheck with both parties before releasing. Obviously ARN has not done so - ARN is therefore most likely to blame for this screw-up.
