What would you say is the best way to get a stay that has posted as non-qualifing corrected?

Should I phone UK or the US number? (I'm reluctant to use the form since the stay has posted just as non qualifing).

Its very odd, I've stayed at the same hotel countless times before, on the same rate and every time it has posted as qualifing (both for nights and points). Now the one time it would be a trigger stay for a decent promotion it posts as non qualifing - despit also being the highest nightly cost of the stays on the rate/tarrif!
