Not in the Algarve, however I would highly recommend the CONVENTO DO ESPINHEIRO HERITAGE HOTEL & SPA. We spent 3 nights at the hotel and it was amazing, rather hot in August however the hotel was almost empty (and I mean empty). We really had the place to ourselves. Our room was in the original convent section where they have restored the old chapel for weddings. The pool is very relaxing and they have spa services available, service/food in the restaurant was very good.
