I also get great service through the Medallion number and have often complimented them while on the phone...they certainly seem to appreciate it.

Now, if a few specific ATL gate agents would do less socializing and more working I'd be happier....but that's another story. I could have sworn someone was holding a family reunion at T8 at 7:00AM last Sunday. But I got the bump so it eased my pain.
