There has been some debate in
alliance's
excellent trip report about whether or not international C and F passengers on non-UA flights get drink chits. In
alliance's case he was in F on SQ LAX-NRT and stopped by the RCC for some drink chits, and the agent said he was not entitled to any. He believes he was, while
stevenshev seems to be arguing that he was not. To add to it, he is *G, so that takes it even further. Would *G be the only factor that allows chits, or is that still not enough? Both of them make very valid arguments (see the linked thread), and the rules seem to not be completely clear. I would usually draw my own conclusion but in this case I have very rarely, if ever seen either of these posters wrong. So, who is correct?
Here are the RCC admit rules copied from the linked thread:

60NS/ STAR ALLIANCE MEMBER AIRLINE BUT MAY TRAVEL ON A
61NS/ DIFFERENT FLIGHT.
62NS/ TWO DRINK CHITS SHOULD BE PROVIDED AT GATEWAY TO
63NS/ *TRANSOCEANIC* TRAVELERS ONLY
64NS/ ALL CARD HOLDERS AND GUESTS SHOULD BE TRACKED
and:
* * * UA AND STAR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS * * *

I would logically think that an LH C passenger at ORD using the RCC would get two chits, but apparently not? Any help would be appreciated!
