I installed the Bluetooth software that came with my Belkin dongle, but what I think is Windows' own bluetooth manager seems to steal the device away from the Belkin software because the latter always tells me that it can't find a bluetooth device. The Windows bluetooth manager can see my dongle, but it doesn't seem to work, especially with a headset.

Any ideas on how I can disable Windows from doing whatever it's doing?
