I arrived in CDG and retrieved my luggage and noticed a rather large crack on my hard case suitcase. Upon reporting it to the ba airport staff the agent took me into a room behind the desk and asked me to pick a suitcase of my choice, no questions asked! I selected a new Delsey hard suitcase . The agent didn't even want my old one. The only problem was with customs agents who wanted to know why I was traveling with a empty suitcase.
