I believe the intent of the PC is that once you reach 21 - you are an adult and if you travel - you should either be one of 2 guests or have your own membership (or Amer Express Plat Card) to be admitted.

What if you have multiple adult children - then their spouses and children - where do you draw the line. My brother is in that category - adult children, their spouses, and their babies.
