i think its total BS, but the rules are clear. the member can bring in two guests OR their entire family which ONLY includes spouse and children UNDER 21.

in theory, your dad's membership would not have even allowed him to bring you and your brother in assuming that you were over 21, although im sure the club overlooks that rule.

just check out the PC's in IAH and EWR pre TATL dept's. mom, dad, and all the kids, many of which are drinking.

with that said, its ridiculous that you are not allowed to bring in ALL of your immediate family.

how rare is it that entire familes, including grown chldren, fly together? my family travels together frequently but we NEVER all meet in the same connecting city much less even travel on the same days. they should make exceptions, perhaps even doc'ing you account to ensure you're not taking advantage of the favors.

when it was all said and done, had they allowed your parents in, they would have only been bending the rules for one extra guest. you should've gone out and asked someone to guest your bro and enter with your rents.

you should definetely write a letter. i know you are an important CO customer and they need to how a stupid rule affected your family's travels.
