Can you give us an example of a "simple question" that the reps can't answer? How often do you have to call Delta?
I can't speak for everybody, but the vast majority of my Delta transactions are done online. The only time a phone agent typically gets involved is in case of irregular ops or same-day-confirmed changes. While there is the occasional bad egg, most of them are really good in my experience.
