For the times and routings that I need to fly across the ditch and back QF is the only option. I would love to take LAN but under our travel policy I must:

a) avoid extra hotel nights
b) never fly during core business hours

So any travel I do where possible must have been concluded by 8:30am and not start again until after 5pm.

That rules out both EK and LAN for me.
