Having re-read my own post, let me be clear as to what I am trying to do.
Use HH card to earn 10AA per $1 with primary card
OR
have the option to earn 10BA + 5HH per $1 (upon becoming elite) with the co-signer card, which is in my name. Sorry about the confusion.
