I bet you don't want higher taxes either. You get what you are willing to pay for. And in this case, our Government has to implement services to comply with American policy -- it isn't even something our government wanted to do, except insofar as they want to anything the Americans ask us to. You should really complain to the Americans for having such ridiculous requirements which in no way enhance border security.
But you are right. It is absolutey terrible service -- and when you do get through there will be 19 people in the queue ahead of you.
And yet, try calling Rogers, or Bell, -- Now that's really TERRIBLE. They make the government look efficient. And in this forum, we elite and super elite people forget how long the riff raff have to wait to talk to Aeroplan or Air Canada. It can be absolutely interminable.
