As far as everyone saying it is very far away from everything, maybe that would be in terms of anything on the west side of town like Shibuya and Shinjuku. From my vantage point, which is the office in Shimbashi, it's actually not bad (35-40 minutes by train).
The far away from everything is definitely correct. It takes ages to go anywhere.

I got unlimited drinks downstairs, all day long through 22:00. No alcoholic beverages before 13:00 though.

I tought the pool was a little disappointing. The sauna was great though.
