Well said. Just what are those keyboards buried near the TV for anyway, has anyone ever used them?

And who has time to watch DVD's on business trips anyway? If I can catch more than a 1/2 hour of Creamer before bed, I'm greatful. On winter weekends, when I have so much time to kill between son's hockey games, of course the equipment isn't there but of course groups of youth teams aren't staying at $200+/night hotels anyway.

Hotels would be better off improving their basic product first. Upgraded bedding was a wise choice.

Soundproofing and door closers that don't slam and shake the walls of the next 6 rooms would be better. A refrigrator / microwave in every room across all chains would be nice. Finally, a good gym with working equipment & TV's is essential - the recent move to "cardio theaters" at some Ren's are very nice!
