Focus on visiting Italy, with a few days to see Paris thrown in. Not only will that make your wife happy, it is the smart choice. (If she doesn't read this board, she may think you are making a great sacrifice for her happiness, which will greatly increase her enoyment).
HAHA, I just showed her the replies so I guess I've blown my cover. I think we will try to basically split between Paris and Italy, maybe take the two days for Prague and apply them to Italy, Florence or Venice maybe...tickets are booked though so we are beyond excited about planning this out.
