Pulling JQ from OWE is getting to be a bigger and bigger problem. Lots of new planes bought for JQ now by QF, and there will be lots of QF routes that become JQ over the next year, and these will disappear as OWE destinations. I guess the analogy would be AA dropping Eagle from OWE (whcih they don't do, and in fact encourage Eagle use by allowing D/A to book into Y instead of L, thus Eagle inventory is always available as they will oversell Y if needed).
