Did you make sure you followed all the T&C's of using the mall? Did you purchase through the link in the mall? If you did, did you make sure that you didn't use any discounts (I bought something via Franklin Covey & used an online coupon & because of that, it disqualified me from earning miles - or so says the NWA mall people.)

When you submitted a mileage request, did you submit it by the mileage request feature or did you e-mail customer service? If you submitted by the mileage request feature, it may not work since they take care of only flown miles on NW metal/ticket stock.

NW's customer service is generally pretty efficient & good about communicating althoug it may take them a couple of days.

If NWA isn't creditting you the miles, chances are it's because the vendor you used didn't submit the info to NW. Make sure you have back-up (i.e. e-mail confirmation, etc).
