I just finished ticketing an award travel with a fabulous agent. I have paid the taxes, received the e-mail confirmation with the ticket numbers, in fact I had just finished washing my car. Now, looking at my account summary, everything appears to have been untouched?

I mean, I have redeemed for award travel on many, many ocassions and the miles were deducted, instantly. So, what's causing the delay in this instance?
