Heck I called the ' Diamond' number and got thru to someone (very helpful I might add) in Croatia /Poland ? who repeated EVERTHING I said to her - LA thats USA yes ? Gone are the days of Glasgow .... Back to the USA Diamond Desk who have always been stellar in service to me ..even in powercuts !!!
