I love fresh fruit too and it is one of the great things about the tropics and Hawaii, but it is not unique to Kauai. I was looking for taste treats that people actually make on the island.

I'm traveling and my reader (mind) isn't functioning up to Hawaiian par. If there was one good sweet I could think of in Kaua'i, I'd tell you. The only ones I know about comes out of our oven.
