If you did not order a special meal, you get a cheese plate with fruits.
But I was pleasantly surprised by my special order ^ ^ ^ .
There was a piece of chicken breast with no sauce. Some spice was sprinkled on the chicken. And also there was some grain (I guess cooked in water) with corns as a side. I found some onion and many cloves of garlic in the grain thing, but I like them anyway... ^ ^ ^ Just make sure you bring your mouthwash on board.

And also they offer some fruit on the side. IIRC, there are some cantelopes, grapes and strawberries...

I saw people looking at my plate and went "awwwh... I wish I had that..."
yes ^, yes ^^ and yes ^^^!. for those of us on flyertalk-one (aka ua16 on feb 3rd) not only were there a lot of other pax going "awwww" but the f/a's were amazed as to how many "health conscious" folks there were on board
