Why cannot AA hire the same level of staff that support the OneWorld site?

I mean who is in control of OW ?? The AA IT people who seem to think just because its a Sunday and April 1 (or March 31) is a HUGE day in the life of the product . that they get the frigging day off?

Come on .. I'm in IT and I know what deadlines are!

PPoor Project Mangement in my opinion!
