I suspect your average consulate would much rather deal with an expediter who knows the rules, has a stack of applications that have been checked for completeness and accuracy and produces a single check to pay for it all. Actually, I was referring to US Passport offices. Last summer, my wife needed a last minute passport. Could not get appointments at any passport office within a 2 hour drive. But Zierer was able to get her the passport without any problem. I do not mean to be a cheering section for them. I just know that I have used them several times over several years, and always had a good experience.
